At the Edmonton Elks, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a hassle-free refund and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

If you find yourself needing to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer support team at eemerch@goelks.com. In your email, kindly provide us with your order number, full name, contact phone number, and a detailed explanation of why you would like to return or exchange the item.

Our team will carefully review your request and determine if your item qualifies for a refund or exchange. If approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified by our store management.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unused, with all original tags and labels intact. We kindly ask that you ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our refund or exchange criteria. This process may take up to 10 business days. Once the inspection is complete, we will send you a confirmation email.

Please note that it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account statement, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

It's important to note that customized jerseys, face masks, and clearance products are considered final sale items and are non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
